AutoFuture Inc, purveyor of new, used and refurbished fleet vehicles, will soon be opening at Lakewood Plaza. This well established Southland business has been serving the needs of fleet managers, transportation providers and others with specialized vehicle needs for over a decade.  Tower Contracting LLC is making the final preparations for the new brick building facade. The panels and underlayment are now in place to support the new brick surface! Work will begin within the next few days on the masonry work. Check back for updates. Oak Lawn Paving is continuing its work on the parking lot. Click on the picture above for a larger view of the progress at Lakewood Plaza. You'll see that the large sections of the lot have resurfaced and the new islands are cut into the parking lot. |

The Facade work is about half done! With new underlayment the new brick work will begin later this week. The new brick facade will update the look of the plaza and provide a very durable surface. Tower Contracting LLC should wrap up the new facade of this building within the next two weeks! Work on the parking lot is underway. Oak Lawn Paving has cut the new landscaping islands and patched the trenches that were cut in the parking lot. Within the next few weeks, there will be new curbs on the islands, and the whole lot will be resealed and striped. It should make the plaza look great! |

 The electrical work at Lakewood Plaza is just about done. Now the plaza really shines at night. Sullivan Electrical is putting the final touches on the new lighting systems at the building, which includes new canopy lights, bringing new life to the pole lights in the parking lot, and lighting up the rear freight area of the plaza. There is no missing Lakewood Plaza at night! |

 A new 12' high brick monument sign is on order with All-Right Signs in Steger, IL. The new sign will feature an attractive brick and limestone design with large panels for plaza tenants. The sign will be installed in the north-west corner of the parking lot, near the main entry to the plaza. We expect that the sign will be installed by late September. |
